  2. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Final amounts may vary depending on payment method, exchange rates, or applicable taxes.

4. Payment & Security

  3. In the event of chargebacks, suspected fraud, or unauthorized transactions, the platform reserves the right to suspend fulfillment and work with payment processors and relevant authorities.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  1. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–5 business days after full payment is received (excluding holidays).
  2. A tracking number will be emailed once the order is shipped. Users can track delivery progress through the respective courier’s website.
  3. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and shipping method, generally ranging from 5 to 20 business days.
  4. The platform is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, including but not limited to customs delays, natural disasters, or pandemic-related restrictions.
  5. If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, inability to contact the recipient, or package refusal, the customer will bear any resulting costs or losses.

6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

  1. It is the user’s responsibility to understand and comply with import regulations in their country or region.
  2. International shipments may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
  3. The platform does not prepay, estimate, or collect customs duties on behalf of customers.
  4. Refusal to pay import fees or failure to clear customs may result in returned or destroyed packages. Shipping costs and any incurred losses will not be refunded.

7. Returns & Refunds

  1. Return and refund requests are accepted for eligible orders as outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.
  2. The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Items outside the return window;
    • Products damaged due to customer misuse;
    • Custom or final-sale items clearly marked as non-returnable.
  3. If the issue is due to platform error (e.g., wrong item shipped or product defect), a full refund or replacement will be offered.
  4. All return requests must be submitted through our customer service channels and approved prior to shipping the item back.

8. Intellectual Property

9. User Conduct

  3. Post false, offensive, defamatory, or illegal content;
  4. Use automated tools (bots, scripts, crawlers) for ordering, scraping, or unfair advantage.

Violations may result in order cancellation, account suspension, legal action, and permanent banning from the platform.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  3. The platform does not warrant that products meet requirements for industrial, medical, or mission-critical use.

12. Modifications & Termination

  1. This Agreement may be updated or amended at any time without prior notice. The latest version will be published on the website and take effect immediately.
  2. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  3. Users may request account deletion at any time. Order and transaction history may be retained as required by law.
