● Only compressed air is needed to jet cold air with a temperature drop up to 60°C.
● A vortex-based cold-air generator with no moving parts, so it can
maintaining a long service life.
● No refrigerant or electricity needed; compressed air spins at high speed in the tube to generate cold air
and hot air (Fig. 1). The cold air conveniently provides cooling across industries, such as spot welding,
and rapid cooling during bonding, etc.
● Even with supply air at 40°C, it produces a fairly cold air jet.
The proportion of cold air can be adjusted according to air consumption, and the cold air can be
adjustment of temperature and discharge volume.
