¡ñ Only compressed air is needed to generate a jet of cold air with a temperature difference of up to 60¡ãC (maximum drop in temperature).
¡ñ It is a cold air generator that uses vortex theory and has no moving parts in its structure, so it can maintain a long service life.
¡ñ It does not require the use of refrigerant and electricity, and only generates cold air and hot air by high-speed rotation of compressed air in the cylinder tube (Figure 1). Using cold air can facilitate cooling operations in various industries, such as spot welding, rapid cooling at the time of welding, etc.
¡ñ Even if the compressed air supplied reaches 40¡ãC, it can generate a jet of gas with considerable coolness.
The proportion of cold air produced can be adjusted according to the air consumption, and the temperature and spray volume of the cold air can be adjusted according to demand.
